Game has looked amazingly gorgeous for months. All of a sudden I log in and everything is beyond washed out. Playing on an LG 8500, PS4 Pro. Reset TV Settings, rebooted PS4 Pro, turned TV off and back on. Went into game settings and turned off HDR, displays in beautiful color. Turn HDR back on, and everything washes out again. Bad HDR in God of War, installed the last Windows 11 update, checked God of War the next second. and perfect HDR with the blue and red colors fixed. At least for me. I installed the same update and it didn't change anything. Just read the patch notes, there were no fixes or changes to HDR other than compatibility with specific image editing

The peak brightness in the game seems to be fixed and not adjustable. This game does not seem to use the Xbox HDR system calibration settings. The main peak brightness limit is about 820 nits. I like it by default. I've adjusted my HDR natively (if you will) -- through a 3rd party program and I don't often need to adjust it in-game. depends on your screen. if you give the info of what screen you own. someone might help you. 50/75 looks about right for me.
